About Continuum Health Care
From building and operating housing complexes, through to the
development and enhancement of unparallelled care programs,
Continuum Health Care has been proudly serving the needs of
seniors and families one way or another since 1992.
Driven by a desire to do right by his own parents, President
and founder Pat Hovan brings expertise in hospitality,
development and finance from a career spanning four decades.

In 1999, Sunrise Village Olds became the company's first
comprehensive model incorporating our core values: community,
security, and ease of living for seniors, with a special regard
for rural settings.
VP Operations Tracy Wayne specializes in the all-important
human dimension of our mission, ensuring quality of life for our
seniors by synchronizing settings with the systems and staff
that serve them. With nearly two decades of service to seniors,
Tracy joined Continuum Health Care in 2001 for the opening of our
Olds facility. Since that time, we have followed up on our
success in Olds with hundreds of more units in
Lethbridge,
Wetaskiwin,
Ponoka, and soon, in Camrose, Drayton Valley, High
River and elsewhere in Western Canada.
With an emphasis on 'aging in place' a big part of what makes
our environments so unique, is the focus on form and function
provided by VP Development Peter Allan. A registered
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Peter has worked more than 30
years in design, construction, and project management in a
variety of residential and institutional projects, ensuring our
high standards for design, construction.
