Continuum Health Care Holdings Ltd., is an Alberta-based care provider specializing in the operation of supportive and assisted living facilities. Continuum currently owns and operates three facilities in rural Alberta with several more slated to open in High River, Drayton Valley, and Camrose through 2010.
Continuum has demonstrated the capacity to assemble an expert team, acquire superior locations, build new facilities on budget and on time, while strengthening our standing in the communities we serve and our relationship with government.
We understand and have met the challenges of operational planning and implementation to deliver high quality health and supportive services in residential settings with emphasis on independence, dignity, privacy, with accommodations that insist on conscientious caregivers and ease of living for our clients.
Our experience and focus has been throughout Rural Alberta; however, we are interested in identifying needs and pursuing opportunities with qualified partners across Western Canada.
